I walked through fire to discover effective ways to manage my PTSD symptoms, ultimately learning how to parent from a place of peace and not from pain.
As a veteran educator, dedicated coach, and passionate author, my mission is to help others find healing from trauma and prevent further harm to themselves and their families.
I warmly invite you to join me for a transformative 10-week session where we’ll focus intently on the core needs of children, explore the essential steps to heal your emotional wounds, and discover how you can parent from a place of health and wholeness. This class is thoughtfully designed to help you fill your own cup so that you can more effectively support those around you with love and strength.

In this course we will:
Create a missing childhood graph to identify and begin to process the magnitude of losses you experienced due to neglect and abuse.
Identify triggers and understand where they come from.
Use loving-kindness meditation and yoga nidra to reset your nervous system.
Discover what your heart truly needs and learn to reawaken joy.
Understand and meet your children’s unique needs.
